In order to serve our customers more fully we offer free estimates and a professional design assistance service. This can almost always be done without the added expense of a architect or a designer. We put this money in the remodel where it belongs. If structural and engineering plans become necessary we have our own inexpensive people that are top rated professionals.
If you have a drawing of you kitchen already laid out, we will be happy to give you a price estimate on the cabinets and hardware of your choice free of charge. If you know what tub and or shower you need, we will also give you a price estimate free of charge.
If you wanted a kitchen and bath designer or architectural service, there usually a design fee of $300 to $1200. This savings from using our in house specialist can be applied to the cost of doing the kitchen or bath. We typically charge $100 for design assistance. If you do a little leg work and have clipped pictures of what you are interested in doing and you have visited the tile or granite showrooms, then we generally just include this charge as part of our estimate work.
